“I built Anlo for myself first: between a hospital bed, my parents’ wards and a kitchen with three kids in it, while my body was trying to recover. I needed something that gave me order without taking my dignity, or my data.”
Snap a photo or say what you ate. Anlo turns it into calories and macros, then suggests your next meal from your day, your labs, your medications and your goals. Your log stays on your phone: no email, no password, no ads.
Ask a question and the coach looks at your last 14 days of meals, activity, labs and meds. Every answer separates what it observed from what it thinks, and ends with one thing to try. Snap a dish, a label or a menu to ask if it fits you before you eat.
Anlo works in 14-day periods. At day 14 it shows your intake against target day by day, what repeated, and one small change to try in the next 14 days. Along the way, today’s summary updates itself after each meal. Past periods stay, so you can open and summarize any of them later. Give a period a name and a goal (“No meds: uric acid under 360”) and its review judges the period against that goal. Forgot to log a meal? An optional reminder nudges you only when breakfast, lunch or dinner isn’t logged by your usual time.
How 14-day periods work →Privacy is part of the product, not a settings page. Anlo is built to expose as little of your data as it can while still doing the work for you.
