# Anlo

Anlo (安络 in Chinese; not 安乐) is an AI-native iOS food, calorie and health tracker. People log a meal with a photo, a sentence or a voice note; the AI turns it into items, kcal and macros, then suggests what to eat next. Tracking runs in 14-day periods alongside water, medications, weight and lab results (uric acid, lipids), with a coach that answers from the user's own log.

Facts:
- Status: early access (invite only). iOS. Languages: English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, Japanese.
- The log is stored on the phone. Meal photos and text are sent to the AI only to be read; Anlo does not keep them on its servers.
- An Anlo account is a cryptographic key, not an email or a name. Encrypted sync across devices is planned, not shipped.
- Nutrition values are estimates. Anlo is not a medical device and does not give medication advice.
