# Know what to eat next. Without giving your health away.

Snap a photo or say what you ate. Anlo turns it into calories and macros, then suggests your next meal from your day, your labs, your medications and your goals. Your log stays on your phone: no email, no password, no ads.

## Log it whichever way is quickest.

## Answers from your own log, not generic tips.

Ask a question and the coach looks at your last 14 days of meals, activity, labs and meds. Every answer separates what it observed from what it thinks, and ends with one thing to try. Snap a dish, a label or a menu to ask if it fits you before you eat.

## Two weeks is long enough to see a pattern.

Anlo works in 14-day periods. At day 14 it shows your intake against target day by day, what repeated, and one small change to try in the next 14 days. Along the way, today’s summary updates itself after each meal. Past periods stay, so you can open and summarize any of them later. Give a period a name and a goal (“No meds: uric acid under 360”) and its review judges the period against that goal. Forgot to log a meal? An optional reminder nudges you only when breakfast, lunch or dinner isn’t logged by your usual time.

## Labs, blood pressure, blood sugar, meds and water in the same place as your meals.

## Your health record belongs to you.

Privacy is part of the product, not a settings page. Anlo is built to expose as little of your data as it can while still doing the work for you.

## Start your first 14 days.

Anlo is in early testing. Leave your email and we’ll send an invite.
